  : Breakfast during weekend only from 7 am onwards despite the answer on my question that I received by mail before booking. This is quite late when you have to cross the Parisian traffic.

  : The hotel was clean and one of the staff was kind enough to help us with our luggage as we had an infant. Overall facilities were okay.
  : I had a lot of expectation booking this hotel but was so disappointed from the beginning. I had made prior warning of my bookings including making calls from london to France before making some of the bookings. We initially thought we needed just a night at the hotel so 1 night was booked however on 2nd thought as the place was quite far we decided we might need 3nights altogether. I contacted the hotel and was advised that amendments cant be made on the initial booking but i should do 2 other separate bookings and then they will merge so we can stay in the same rooms for all the nights On arrival, we were told multiple times we didnot pay then they agreed we paid after showing evidence. Then we were told to pay 600 euros for all 3 nights which did. Next day we were cut off no access to the rooms that we had not paid for the rooms. The cleaner even knocked to remind us that we have to leave as he has been sent to clean. My friend with a 1year child had gone down stairs to get some warm water when her child was sleeping. she could not access the lift to the room which obviously uses the hotel room key as it was cut off. A lot of panic and the person who claimed to be manager just told her you have to pay first before you access the room. She pleaded that she needed to see her child first emphasising that we had paid and can resolve this after getting her child but the manager was not very understanding initially. Eventually she was allowed in. On checking their records. They had cancelled the 600 they demanded we pay as damage deposit without informing us and then claimed we did not pay. This inconvenience was worst ever moreover from different staff. No apologies were given. As for the breakfast it was not as expected. My friend only had it 1 day and could not have the next 2 days. You need to do better in terms of communication and treating your guests well.
