A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own.

- Bed linen is EUR 10 per person per bed - Towels are EUR 10 per person.

Reception opening hours: 9:00-12:00 and 17:00-19:00 every day. It is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays).

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance.

Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas.

For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, an additional EUR 16 per week charge applies.

Please not that for children under 2 years old, 1 baby cot can be accommodated upon prior request and subject to availability.

Please note that TV is not included and can be rented on site for EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site.
