  : Stopped for the rugby. Loved how close it was to the stadium and there was a Lidl less than 5 minutes away for snacks.
  : Check in was from 2pm. We arrived after 4pm and reception was shut. There was a lady in reception, who I believe was the receptionist. She eventually checked us in but I felt like she didnt want to be there. Ran out of loo roll, came down around 3.30am to ask at the 24/7 reception & there was only a security guard there. He said he didnt have access to any more toilet roll. Very helpful

  : I don't really understand what the negative comments are about. This is a budget hotel similar to an IBIS budget. Yes - it is basic but then you are not paying for luxury. The room was clean and functional, the price was fair and you are about ten minutes walk from the stadium.
  : The toilet seat was broken. We asked for it to be fixed but were told it was unlikely to happen on a SSaturday. OK - the toilet seat should not have been broken but it did not spoil our trip

  : The hotel is next to a road and the rooms are not sound proof so you hear all the cars. The road is husy even at night so i couldn't sleep. Even if people talk outside you can hear them.Non flexible staff. Only one roll of toilet paper and a closed reception at night, so better nor get sick...

  : Easy walk to the Groupama stadium to watch the rugby
  : Automatic machine outside the property to give you your access codes wasn't working properly. About 30 people were trying to get in from 14:30 onwards and the helpline was absolutely useless and told us we would just have to wait until 17:00 until the reception opened. Very poor customer service. When they had so many different people trying to get in and complaining they should have sent a staff member to the property straight away. I was lucky that I managed to secure a cheap price on the hotel booking really early but lots of others had paid a lot of money for a basic hotel because it was on a big match day at Lyon Groupama stadium

  : Most of it the room was very basic and very over priced because of the rugby match 193 for one night ! The toilet was badly stained .

  : Free parking turned out to be a 10- euro a night parking, Toilet seat was broken and simply was there as a decoration, bathroom door was broken and didn't close, the bathroom itself was filthy and had a lot of fungi & horrible smell of clocked pipes & cleaning chemicals. The floor was dirty and dusty, our white socks were a LifeProof for it (turned to be black), there was no staff or written instructions (via email or booking.com) to explain how to check-in, it took us eternity and a lot of nerves to figure it out.The vending machine with drinks is a special complaint - disgusting tea which looked and smelled like a washing liquid together with a toothpaste costs 2.20 (!!!)Bed linens contained holes of a leg size :(Breakfast is super overpriced for it's quality. I would neither stay again nor recommend it to someone.
