  : The location is excellent for beach vacations. Beaches are nearby, the train station is a ~15-20 minute walk. So is the old town, but there are beaches that are even closer. The hotel room had a nice AC, so it was perfect to escape the afternoon heat for a nap and then return to the city in the evening. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and it also got cleaned everyday. There was a rack to hang bathing suits and towels, which came in handy. The breakfast was good as well. For the price you get what you pay for and I would definitely come back again.
  : The only thing which was a little annoying was that you couldn't close the shower, so you had to be careful that you don't splash water everywhere. Also you could hear the street quite well in the night, if you are a light sleeper be aware of that.

  : The hotel is wonderfully situated near the centre of Menton, a short walk from the train station and other amenities. Of course, the best part is how close it is to the sea. I stayed in a room with a view of the sea and it was really lovely to have a small balcony. The room was clean and decently sized, with working air conditioning and a mini fridge. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
  : I found the breakfast selection limited and repetitive. It was the same every morning. I would have liked to have a greater selection of cold meats and cheese, and maybe a better coffee machine.

  : Location by the sea was superb for my activities (swimming, walks etc), the personnel was mostly kind and nice, breakfast was adequate, the bed was good, balcony towards the sea (one could hear the sea murmuring)
  : The room itself defenitely would need some renovating (but Ive understood that gradually the Hotel is going through renovating all the rooms), it would also be advisable to renew the window-doors to the balcony with a sound-isolated system (very busy street by the sea, had to wear earplugs in order to get some sleep - which isnt very ideal)
