In the event of a marked breach of the apartment occupancy rules (in particular in the event of noise pollution, noise, or any inconvenience that may have been caused to other tenants of the building exceeding the normal inconvenience of the neighborhood), the security deposit may be kept as a penalty clause, and this without prejudice to the compensation that may be claimed from the tenant
