  : proximity to Marciac town centre and beautiful view over the lake.
  : Maeva (management co) staff absolutely abysmal. The worst I have ever experienced. They left me waiting for over an hour in the blistering summer heat after the agreed check-in time, with no apology or explanation. couldnt provide code for the gate so that I could access the swimming pool. They could have checked this and let me know (as I requested) but they never called or emailed or messaged through the app - so no swimming pool use. They didnt turn up for check-out even though I explained in very clear French that I needed to leave at a certain time to catch a ferry. I waited for 50 minutes after our appointment and then left a note for them. No-one contacted me afterwards (even now I have heard nothing). I hope the owner isnt paying these people because they are providing no service. The advert needs to explain that parking is a ten-minute walk from the apartment. There are no lifts at the property and no trolleys or anything to help carry stuff from car to apartment, and no one to help.

  : Bed uncomfortable very hard, no fan very hot rooms and no towels provided the basic of the basic.
