A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note the following key handover times:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights:
- Arrival at 14:00
- Departure at 12:00
For stays of 7 nights or more:
- Arrival at 19:00
- Departure at 10:00

Reception is open 24 hours a day during high season. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information.

The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid.

The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case.

Housekeeping at the end of your stay is also included (except the kitchen).
