A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that breakfast must be reserved at least 8 days before arrival.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence.
Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. Please contact the residence before your arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Price includes : accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat + dish towel), cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), WiFi basic access, charge and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
