  : The whole compound in which there is over 100 apartments is VERY quiet and really close to the ski lift. The views are great, the apartment is warm, dry, well equipped. It is ideal for a week stay.
  : The fantastic overall experience was stained by two minor factors: the internet was not available at all, which was important for us, and that the pool, the main attraction of this location - was closing at 7:30 PM and in fact the staff was beginning to apply pressure on leaving 30-40 minutes before. So if you ski till 4:30 and need to change and eat - there is NO WAY to get to the pool or even sauna. This is kind of ridiculous really.

  : the location was convenient and handy to the ski slope
  : We booked this apartment knowing it was small, however we have had a few issues. Firstly we were under the assumption that 2 bathrooms meant 2 toilets and 2 showers - thats why we booked it in the first place. It only has 1 toilet and it does not have a fan in it. 2. Only 2 rolls toilet paper were supplied for 4 people for 12 days 3. Intermittent internet operation was available only 4. 2 bathrobes only were provided and there was no change of towels during the stay 5. There was a Petrol refill or fuel of some sort (maybe for heating?) made and the line from the truck went straight into a box directly under our bedroom window on Thursday 4 January at 7 am with no warning - the smell of the fumes was terrible we had to get dressed quickly and leave the apartment at once because we couldnt breathe in it aa it was making us nauseous and giving us headaches 6. The freezer in the refrigerator does not work. We had bought ice cream for dessert and put it there but it had melted when we went to eat it. 7. The gymnasium and pool was closed for 2 of the days (Saturdays) we have been here 8. One of the two beds in the second bedroom was on a steel frame only and had a mattress that sagged in the middle which was very uncomfortable and didnt support either of our children ( both in their 20s) adequately. 9 The lounge area around the reception which has lots of space and where people like to gather in comfort closes at 715pm, This is far too early and there is no good reason for guests at the chalet not to be able to use it longer. We sent 2 emails to Maeva raising these matters and are yet to receive a reply asking also that Maevau please consider these complaints and look at providing us appropriate compensation as it has not lived up to our reasonable expectations.
