  : Great location on the presqu’il. Good for window shopping, bars, cafes, restaurantes. Great for visiting ‘vieux Lyon’.Felt safe here and it was quiet overnight.Room, bathroom and bedding were super clean
  : Lack of offer of help with taking luggage up the stairs to the lift. We knew the lift only started at first floor but hadn’t accounted for the difficult staircase.No safe or, even a small, bottle of water in the room.Towels were thin and it was a challenge to a) enter the bathroom and b) get into and out of the shower.

  : Location. Parking was at a public parking garage nearby, which was close and safe.
  : Tiny place. You have to leave the key at the lobby whenever you leave. Room was a little run-down, but bed was comfy.

  : The hotel is in a great location. The room was simple but very clean.
  : I checked to make sure it had an elevator since I have a heavy suitcase. It does. After you walk up a flight of stairs. The elevator goes from first floor to the fifth. My room was on the sixth, which meant another flight of stairs. When I checked in the gentleman could see I had a heavy bag but did not tell me about the second set of stairs, nor offer to switch me to a lower floor. The Internet went out. I tried to call the desk but the phone in the room didn’t work so I had to go down in person and ask about it. I was told this happens regularly as the system updates. The room was clean but the carpeting on the stairs needs to be cleaned/replwced.
