  : IT was clean and confortabile, due we have an economic room
  : The smell was awfull. During staying it was permanent of old and humid smell we stay all the time with Window open but The smell didnt get out . We barelly suport The smell.

  : This is a family run hotel in the center of the old town in Lourdes . The staff were very hepfuland the room was spacious , clean and tidy , with a small balcony . the holy sites are only few minutes walk away over the old bridge . The owner . a bike rider himself , allowed us to park our motorbikes in the basement . Overall a very nice stay .
  : Anyone travelling by car be aware the one way system in town reverses every 15 days . Nightmare for Sat Nav .

  : Things I liked about the hotel: The breakfast was very good. Typical French breakfast with no hot dishes but it was OK. Generally it was clean although the clean service did the minimum like making beds and changing towels. There was some dirt in the corners of the room. The distance to the Basilique is quite short which was a very important advantage. The staff was nice but like in typical France when you speak English and no French you are a "second-class person". This feeling is awful, it happens to me every time I am in France and that's why I will do anything I can not to travel to France any more unless I am forced to. (Sorry for off-topic).
  : Things I didn't like about the hotel: When we arrived we were given a room. When we entered the room which was so tiny it was difficult to move for two persons. What's more and the worse after opening the window it turned out that there was a trash storage in the small patio and a several air condition fans in the opposite building. With many difficulties we have changed the room for a little better one in the other side of the building but I doubt if this was a standard room we have paid for (the lowest standard room was economy). The fans were heard as the garbage truck waking us up every day at 5.30! The tidiness was Ok but it was so clean as some people described. There was no cosmetics in the bathroom - unbelievable! I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and this is impossible to imagine that these days there is a hotel that does not provide any cosmetics: soap or shampoo... If you feel like watching TV in the evening - FORGET IT - it doesn't work. But the worst thing about this hotel is that there is no tea service in the rooms, not even a kettle! My mother is a diabetic, she drinks a special tea to lower the sugar in her blood and it was difficult to get any hot water. I managed to get some water it in the hotel's cafeteria but it was not easy at all I felt like I was doing something wrong. If you want to drink anything hot you have to do it in the hotel's cafeteria. People expressed their opinions about warm and nice reception, when they arrived sorry but we didn't experienced that. I am aware of the fact that the hotels in Lourdes are economy - type hotels, mostly because of the reason people travel to that place, but I am very disappointed because I have chosen this hotel in regards to the good opinions at booking.com but most of them turned out not to be true!

  : The hotel's other staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was in close proximity to the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. It was very convenient for pilgrims. The hotel also had a very nice veranda and I could hear the water flowing from the nearby river. It was a very beautiful time otherwise.
  : The hotel was nice and the staff were courteous and helpful except for the housekeeping which was awful! The lady first tried to open my door at 8 am which was followed 5 more times until I checked out at 10:30 am. It was awful especially when I was trying to take a shower and get ready for my flight. In addition, tiny bugs started coming inside my rom at night but I couldn't completely shut the dorr because it was hot and there wasn't any air conditioning.
