  : The location is spot on, exactly where you need to be to walk to the main attractions such as the cave and the holy sites. The staff, although not fluent in English were very nice, very helpful and ready to assist, I could not fault them at all.
  : The hotel is quite old fashion, not many improvements done, it definitely needs a good refurbishment. The room quite small, bathroom very dated and not very clean around the door frames, the door itself, the tiles around the toilet and the sink, dust around the room. We had a few very hot days in Lourdes and the hotel does not have aircon, please bear this in mind if you cannot take the heat as it was very hot in the room also. The mattress was sinking in when we were laying down, not comfortable at all.

  : The night before we travel to France, I received a last minute noticed saying that because of lLACK of Facility at the this hotel they have to re allocatedus. Imagine, I booked this hotel together with my friends and their family 3 months before the expected date and they just informed us on last minute. Because, we are afraid that we might not have an accommodation we accepted the replacement and not happy with the room we were given.

  : Housekeeping don't knock on the door and simply open using their keys while the we are still inside the room. Housekeepers are too early and loud doing their jobs.
