A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

You can clean the accommodation yourself or pay a EUR 75 end-of-stay cleaning fee.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. You can bring your own or rent them onsite at the following extra cost:
- Bed linen : EUR 9 per double bed, EUR 7 per single bed
- Towels: EUR 1 per towel.

Please note that arrivals after 18:00 must be confirmed by the property in advance.

Please note that the city tax is only applicable to guests aged 18 and more.
