WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Résidence Les Clarines ( by Popinns ) in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reception opening hours : 08:30 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Please note the reception is not open on Tuesdays, Thursdays (all day) and Sundays Afternoon.

For the end-of-stay cleaning fees, the kitchen area is not included. Beds are not made upon arrival. Please note that bed sheets and towels are not provided.
Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for the following extra fees:
- Bed sheets: EUR 7 per person per stay
- Towels: EUR 5 per person per stay
Due to Covid 19, the swimming pool can be used by 8 people at a time. Dogs are permitted in this residence, 10€/night and only one pet per apartment
