WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 30 per week.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Summer reception opening hours:
- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 20:00
- Saturday: 8:00 to 22:00

Winter reception opening hours:
- Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 21:00
- Saturday: 08:00 to 23:00.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Price includes : Bed linen, towels, 2 bathrobes, household linen, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner).

Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge.

These facilities are available at an extra cost:
* The indoor heated swimming-pool
* Saunas and hammams
* The cardio-training room
* The relaxation room

The breakfast package is for 4 people for 1 week and is available at an additional cost. This facility must be organised 8 days before arrival.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
