Parking was almost always full and there was ramp that blocked the entrance and was impossible to leave the baggage in front of the hotel

  : We were a group of 12 people and had 2 appartments (3-room and 4-room) next to each other. We used one kitchen and living-room for having breakfast and spending time together. On pictures the living-room looks bigger than it really is. For cooking dinner for a big group the space is not enough and there is no oven, only microwave. It was nice to have 2 showers and 2 toilets in a 4-room apartment. The 3-room apartment had 2 toilets and 1 shower. The hotel has also a spa - a small swimming-pool that mainly children, probably enjoy, a finnish sauna and a steam sauna. No extra towels provided for free. The spa is quite small so you have just 2 shower-cupboards that cant be locked and washing yourself comfortably is a bit complicated. Children under 16 years of age are not supposed to visti sauna, but fortunately no stuff checking it. We came from a country where saunas are very common and we were happy that we could all still visit saunas. We have had also a different experience in France where those things were strictly controlled. The staff was very friendly those few times we talked to them.
  : The worst surprise we had to deal with was opening the safe on late check-in. We arrived at 3 oclock during the night with 7 children and 5 grown-ups and the code to open safe and get our apratment keys didnt work. Fortunately dr. Google helped us with instructions how to open a cheap safe. Next morning in doing check-in we found out that we were sent a wrong code on e-mail. I cant understand french skiing resort apartment hotels where they expect you to count all the cups-plates-bowls-kitchen untensils (they have a long list of everything you should check on your arrival) and if something is missing when you leave you are charged. The cleanliness of some rooms and 1 toilet was not the best and we found some badly washed dishes from the cupboard. There is no heating in the ski-room so you should carry your boots into the apartment to let them dry there. When booking the apartment you are not informed that end-cleaning is not included in the price. You find it out when doing check-in.

  : I did not like many things. It is indeed a Ski-in ski-out, but there was not enough snow. Of course, this is not a problem caused by the hotel, so I do not blame them for this. but for plenty of other things
  : The service at this hotel is extremely poor. On the facade, they are kind but useless. When we arrived (outside of the working hours of the reception) we found out the hotel has two different buildings without a connection between them. So whenever you want to use the Sauna you need to go out wearing a bathing suit in the cold and snow, to reach the other building.We met the "director" as she presented herself randomly and asked if she can do something since at Booking.com it was not mentioned the fact there were 2 buildings and we would need to go out to reach the Spa center. The lady was extremely drunk, which is ok because it was outside of her working hours, but then she should've not talked to us at all in that condition.She said there is nothing she can do, they were fully booked and they give priority to the clients who book directly on their website and not via Booking.com. I told he she must put the information about the two buildings and the need to go outdoors to visit the sauna on the Booking.com ad, but she was really careless. She said there was a hair dryer in the Spa center so we can use it, but it was broken for the first 3 days of our stay.On the next day, we found out that we need to pay 100 Euros if we want cleaning services and 8 euros per towel set. They did not provide toilet paper. All of this is extremely frustrating because it's not described in the booking advertisement. We asked Booking.Com or the hotel for some sort of compensation for all of this, but of course, it was rejected.The common areas in our building were dirty. and poorly maintained. There was room to keep our skis on the ground floor, but there was no heating so our ski boots were wet the next day and we had to get them in our room.On the last day, we asked the hotel staff if they can lift the parking barrier so we can put our luggage in the car but they rejected it, but for no reason so we had to carry the suitcases through the snow.

  : Good accommodation, nice view, very friendly staff, perfect steam sauna, swimming pool. Parking, shops and restaurants nearby. Two main lifts for skiers in foot distance.
  : The ski-in ski-out possibility was difficult, the road was very muddy some days, very depending on weather and hard to use afternoon. It is not possible to get near the building with car to load/reload equipment, you have to carry it about 50-150 m depending on where you get the place on parking. There are trolleys available, but it would be better to allow very short time parking near the building.

  : Ski-in, ski-out! Staff is friendly and helpful.
  : Apartment is shockingly spartan and basic, beaten up furniture is clumsy and heavy. Kitchen is really tiny and poorly equipped. Main bedroom uses half of the storage space for cleaning equipment, the second bedroom is more like a closet without window, closed with a curtain, becomes super smelly real fast. Beds are uncomfortable with cheap duvets, rooms are overheated, sleeping is not easy. Ski room is made up of no-thrills barebones closets for skis and two benches that the entire hotel fights over. No heaters for the boots, have to carry those upstairs. Pool is more of a token thing, quite small and freezing cold, kids appreciate it anyway. Parking is semi public and not guaranteed, the actual hotel grounds are reserved for staff, had to leave the car on the roadside for a few days. The closest minimart is quite a journey to walk to. We were asked to pay an extra security deposit of 500 eur upon arriving, before departure we could choose between paying extra 100 eur cleaning fees or do the cleaning ourselves.

  : The Adonis had a chalet vibe with the lounge and fire place by the reception area and the pool and steam facilities in the basement which allowed for meeting other guests. The apartments were of a good standard and well equipped to allow self catering. The daily bread service was excellent.

  : Common spaces are smelly and dirty. Especially hallways. Apartments are old, but ok ish. Clean. Many small things are broken. But that is normal in France.
