WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 65 per week.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 40 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Spa/wellness centre is closed from Thu 29 Sept 2022 until Fri 30 Sept 2022
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that from December to March guests must check-in at Les Rivages des Issambres, which is located next to the property.

Reception opening hours: Monday to Sunday (exc Saturday) : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 and Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00"

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and search), charge and tax (except city tax and application fee).

Beds can be made for your arrival for an extra EUR 8 charge.

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and not supervised. It is open from April to October.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
