A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are requested to contact the property after booking for information regarding their stay, including reception opening hours, services available for an extra fee and activities available in the surrounding area.

Guests requiring accommodation adapted for reduced mobility are asked to contact the property after booking.

Please note that access to wellness center has to be booked in advance due to limited availability.

Pets are allowed upon request and at an extra cost of EUR 10 per day or EUR 46 per week.

A "baby kit" with a baby cot and a high chair is available upon request.

Breakfast is free for children aged less than 4 years old and costs EUR 5 for children from 4 to 10 years old.

Please note that for Flexible Rates, a prepayment of 100% of the total price will be charged directly after booking.

For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before departing.

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end of stay cleaning are not included, but are available for an extra fee.
