Please note that the keys are to be collected at the reception of the Cœur des ours residence located 4 Route de Champame, 38860 Les Deux Alpes.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all stays, but beds are not made upon arrival. A change of bed linen and towels is possible on request and at an additional cost.
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, but you must clean the kitchen and do the dishes before your departure.
For stays of 7 nights or more, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. It is available at an additional cost. If the kitchenette and dishes are not clean when you check out, you will be charged an additional cost.
Please note that one pet is allowed per unit at an additional cost of EUR 10 per day or EUR 46 per week.
