  : The location and the views
  : It was confusing at first how to get to rooms on the 7th floor as there were different buildings and not all lifts went to all floors, but ok once we worked it out.

  : It wasnt clean at all. Blood stains on bed linen and our shower was filled with mold. On top of that we had the water from the shower from the apartments above ground leaking into our shower. They did solve this by moving the other guests but we ended up with a black disgusting hole in our roof. Location isnt good at all if you take skiing lessons. Just not worth the money.

  : The staff. If youre English, dont stay here. I arrived at the hotel and after checking in, I went straight to the room. I couldnt enter the room as the reception had not issued me with a room card. When I went back to reception, I was told they had already given me a room card, and not only that, they told me their colleague had seen me in the room already! When I explained this wasnt correct, they threatened me with CCTV, to which I welcomed as it would have proved that I hadnt been in the room.To cut a long story short, eventually I received the room key only to find another group already in the room. This was obviously a case of mistaken identity but even still the hotel refused to apologise for calling me a liar and for being extremely rude.I believe this is because I was British and they had decided to take an instant disliking to me for that reason.Hotel was ok, but staff were so rude I would never step foot in that hotel ever again.

  : Good location. Good for little kids ?but we didnt have any). Large complex. Friendly staff.
  : Bedrooms small and not enough storage. Beds sheets too small for the beds - nightmare battle every night trying to fit them on the mattresses and end up sleeping on bare mattress. Only one loo for up to 8 people!

  : Good location, with other pubs and bars within easy walk. Easy to walk a short distance to the ski lifts, but could just wait for the bus if needed, which was even closer. Clean, smart and modern rooms - well equipped.
  : The staffing on arrival was poor which led to a large line of customers trying to gain access to their rooms/check-in. Took almost an hour in a queue to check in. The locker room / ski boot room was large, but very cramped at peak times due to so many lockers in close proximity. Unable to pass by people due to how cramped it was.
