  : The swimming pool and sauna was brilliant, the grandchildren really enjoyed using the pool every day. The location was good, not too far to walk to the shops and the slopes.
  : The cleanliness was dreadful, and considering we were asked to clean the kitchen before we left, it was filthy when we arrived. The kitchen equipment was sparse, barely any cooking saucepans and lids that didn't fit the saucepans that were there. One of the hob rings were broken, this is dangerous. The kitchen cupboards had mould from water damage and the Fridge drawers were broken. You could tell it hadn't had a proper clean for a while as there were lots of big cobwebs hanging everywhere and generally just very dirty. The upstairs toilet was leaking and after contacting the owners we were told to switch it on and off each time it was used, you could tell this was an ongoing problem as there were water marks running down the walls downstairs, as well as there being a big puddle around the toilet, where clearly somebody hadn't turned the toilet off. It appears there is a leakage problem in a couple of the bedrooms as there are deep black water stains down the wood. The dining chairs are all ripped and damaged. None of the electrical points in one of the bedrooms were working and the sockets are hanging out the wall (this applies to one of the sockets in the lounge area), we again contacted the owner and was told an electrician was coming but the next day all that arrived was a maintenance man, who stated he couldn't touch the electrics.
