Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reception opening hours : All days : 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 19:00

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Price includes: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes) , basic WiFi and 2 bathrobes.

Mid-week housekeeping is available at an extra cost.

The outdoor pool is opened and heated from mid-April to mid-September and has a sun terrace and unheated paddling pool. There are relaxation areas for adults and a playground for children.

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.


In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
