WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that guests under the age of 16 do not have access to the Spa (indoor pool, aquatic centre, sauna, hammam, hot tub).

The lockers rental costs EUR 1. Guests are required to bring flip flops (that have not been worn outside). Flip flops rental is available on site for EUR 2.

The spa is closed on Tuesdays until 14:00.

Please note the restaurant will be closed on the evening of 24 December and the Spa will be closed all day on 25 December.

Please note that Covid 19 Sanitary pass is mandatory to stay at the property
The pass must prove one of the three following items:

That you are fully vaccinated (with an EMA-approved vaccine):

Two weeks after the second shot for two-shot vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);

Four weeks after the shot for one-shot vaccines (Johnson & Johnson);

Two weeks after the shot for vaccines administered to people who have already had COVID-19 (only one dose is necessary).

OR that you have been tested (PCR or antigen) with a negative result within the last 48hrs;

OR that you have recovered from COVID-19, attested by a positive PCR or antigen test result, at least 15 days and no more than 6 months old
