  : WiFi get drop him out ,and everytime we need log in every couple minutes, and in shower instruction shower and bath combo , and couple bed need double or queen bed and put time for restaurants time around st michel was hard found after 6 pm and for breakfast eggs scrambles taste like potatoes

  : A very nice room, with wooden furniture, it made our stay in Mont St. Michel magic! The room itself was not in the main building, we had to go outside and take some stairs (its better if you dont carry heavy luggage). Breakfast was a bit expensive (18), but there is plenty of food (it is buffet style with eggs, sausages, cheese, yogurt, crepes, fruit, toast, butter and jam) and it was delicious!
  : We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and, even though the onion soup was good (bread was a bit burnt), the second course (omelet and salmon) did not meet our expectations.

  : I loved the location, even if our room was in a separate building (be aware of the stairs). The room and the bathroom are beautiful and comfortable for 4 people and although it has a esthetic that fits the 1000 years of Mont Saint Michel, everything feels new and does not smell old. the bathroom is great and clean and everything feels like its just been renovated. I loved.
  : the breakfast option does not have many fruits or any other vegan options ( one of us is vegan)

  : The property details are not clear. An annex 200m away is actually well and truly remote and removed from the main building. The island is dark so it feels very unsafe to go out in the evening or early morning. The room smells like urine and as there is no air con the only way to cool the room is to open the windows. The windows open up to gutters of other houses. The gutters are full of bird poo. So your basically filling your room with particles of bird poo. The stairs to the annex are truly gruelling and not easily managed.
  : The corridor is filthy and smells. The annex was 2 m from a grave yard.

  : The hotel is located far enough from the crowd and yet near enough to the restaurants and gift shops. I am a Catholic and church is important to me. What a pleasant surprise that the hotel is so close to the chapel of St. Michael the Archangel, and that it is open all night.
  : This comment applies not only to this particular hotel but hotels in Europe in general and it is based on many personal experiences. The main focus is the bathroom, and in particular, the bathtub. For a short person like me, to get into the bathtub requires sitting on the edge, then swinging my legs into the tub. I am 82 and can still manage to do that, but what about the older, less agile guests. Plus, the half partition that does not do the job of preventing water from splashing all over the floor. It is really a puzzle to me that countries like France and Italy, known for great designs in clothes, cars, furniture, etc., cannot come up with a decent, practical bathroom. I love traveling in Europe but when I check into a hotel, I dread seeing what I will be seeing in the bathroom.

  : The breakfast was good, the room is clean, theres plenty of hot water.
  : Make SURE youre not shunted off to one of the annexe rooms! Despite the photos of the exact room type we booked, we were squired up a hill and several staircases and cobbled ramps to an annexe room, that although clean and authentic in a middle-ages-prison kind of way, was SUPER far from the hotel we thought wed booked. The staff is clearly used to hearing from shocked guests so they either run away or patronizingly lecture you that its an old building. Luckily, were fit and could make the hike as often as necessary but the distance from the actual hotel is significant especially considering the everpresent crowds and considerable cost.Ive heard none of the hotels on the mont are particularly impressive and this one might well be fine in the main building but Id make absolutely sure you know what youre getting and ask to pay less if youre in the annexe.
