  : The staff were lovely. We stayed for 1 night, and were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite. This was a lovely gift, made within the power of a posh hotel, and bestowed upon us. Sadly, our dog had passed and had not come with us, and this gift made our holiday so much better at a sad time. It really made our holiday wonderful, so no complaints here! The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff were available to us. Breakfast is in a spacious room, an attendant was present to help. You can choose from a number of options; pastries, ham and cheese, yoghurts, cereals, scrambled eggs & bacon, fruit and juices - it is worth the cost. Dogs can come into the restaurant with you. We parked out the front of the hotel, and there seemed to be plenty of parking.
  : The spa was not open as it was being renovated, and I had hoped to use it for the one night we stayed, as a perk for me.
