: i booked a duplex room with direct access to the terrace and common garden. the room that i was given (no. 7) is NOT of that type, but just an upper storage space on top of the kitchen that was transformed into a room, without access to terrace etc. when i noted this to the owners, they just denied the evident and told me that "you can go to the terrace through the restaurant" (...).. i chose not to fight over this because i am in the middle of a tiring trip, but it is dishonest to sell rooms that do not fit the description. other than that, i would also note lack of sound isolation (when you get the room on top of the breakfast facilities, it matters), also, i was told twice that it is unusual to accept to serve dinner in the room (i would think this is normal business in a hotel restaurant?), and the dinner itself was quite disappointing (the pasta dish was not very complex to cook but somehow it went wrong) all summer up, i am afraid this is not a "superb' for me.

: We absolutely loved everything. Breakfirst, dinner, the calmness of the place. The hosts were polite and very welcoming. This place can only be recommended. A big thank you to all of them.
: The only problem is the fall out of the Wi-Fi connection from time to time. But we were allowed to sit closer to the Wi-Fi point and that helped a lot - especially if one has to work too during the stay.

: The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our family with kids. the staff were really nice and smiling all the time. the hotel is 10 min away from the ski resort.we loved and for sure we will come back again
