A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent a towels kit consisting of a large towel, a small towel and a bath mat onsite for an extra charge of EUR 8 per kit. Please note that bedding arrangement and accommodation photos are given as a suggestion and the apartment allocated may vary. Please note that End-of-stay cleaning is extra, to be paid on site. It is included (except kitchen area) for Super Home, Prestige and Exclusive accommodation

The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid.

The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case.

Please note that the 2022 season, the swimming pool will open mid-May due to renovations.
