  : The location- lovely sea view.
  : This is an odd hotel - the hotel is in a building behind a very busy (and nice) restaurant so it can be noisy (coincidentally it seems to be the restaurant staff making the noise).It is a very old building so not sure if upgrades and refurbishments are possible. The hall smelled musty (like an antique shop).Having said this, it was clean and we were comfortable. Would we stay again? Unlikely.

  : Unfortunately, my stay turned out to be quite a disaster. Things happen, and how you deal with any given circumstance is an opportunity for change and to do better. Misleading photographs led me to book a non-ocean-view room. A warm summer night required I use the room Air-conditioner, damaged, fixed with duct tape. Around midnight, it broke, so loud it was like sleeping with an alarm clock - after a short while, I thought it best to turn it off; however, the noise persisted - a warm room and no sleep all night.I approached the staff with respect and a smile to inform them of the situation. Oh yes, the air-con gave up again! Not so sorry about my predicament with a careless attitude, too busy and unwilling to really help. Yes, it has been an ongoing problem. The clients checking out beside me confirmed they heard the aircon from the room down the corridor. After I refused an 8EUR breakfast for comprehension, I asked for a full refund, which they reluctantly accepted. I had to address this with Bookings. I was informed by bookings a week later that the hotel didnt answer scheduled calls and emails.No reimbursement was made from the hotel.

  : Superior room had balcony overlooking sea which was lovely . Conveniently above bar / restaurant but not noisy . Super location , with free parking .
  : Stairs / corridors very run down . The room was up four flights of stairs , no lift , as older people carrying luggage up to the room was far from easy. Description of hotel should warn people about this .
