: Lovely quiet atmosphere like in a private home, nice terrace. Breakfast could have more variety like omelettes or muesli, natural joghurt.
: No food available at daytime like cheese platter with wine or salad for an evening in. You always have to drive a few miles to find a restaurant so the driver cannot have alcohol with meals. Public areas closed in the evening, so you had to stay in your room. Swimming pool was not heated as advertised.

: I work long hours and was looking for a big country sleep. The room had no air conditioning, so I had NO sleep. I would have expected for the money I was paying it would have had this. We called at 11pm for someone to fix it but the girl in the morning said unapologetic no one would be available then. Since I didnt sleep all I night asked if I could stay by the pool and try to get some sleep while I waited for my daughter to return from her event in the afternoon. There was no flexibility. The waiter at breakfast was the lovely one. They did provide a lovely packaged.cake and homemade jam for a dinner visit to make up for the lack of sleep. You should make it very clear that you do not provide air conditioning.

: Amazing ambience. Marvelous hotel and gardens next to a winery, beautiful swimming pool and very big and comfortable room.
: Kids are welcomed and we shared our stay with some quite noisy ones which made the pool uncomfortable sometimes (opposite as we expected). Although the staff was extremely nice and polite, they are understaffed. No restaurant or meal options (very good recommendations elsewhere) and breakfast under expected.
