WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
No adult groups accepted. No stag parties, no hen parties. No entry to the property if the full caution of €500 has not been paid beforehand.
Noise after 10.00 at night will result in the full caution of €500 being retained. There will be no refund of any of the caution.
The property must be left as found with a full clean, or an agreement to pay cleaning charges which will be determined on the final inspection. The inspection time will be arranged with the owner.
