WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The spa is available by reservation for up to 2 hours at an extra cost of EUR 10 per person per day.
Please note that children only have access to the pool at the same rate of EUR 10 per person per day.
All guests must wear swimsuits, bathing shorts being forbidden.
Please note that this area is shared by all guests and is not reserved for your use during your stay.

The spa is open at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: from 1pm to 9pm
- Saturday: from 9am to 9pm
- Sunday: from 8am to 8pm.

Our gym, the Fit'N Well (adjacent building) offers a fitness, cardio, aqua and wellness area with various collective courses.
Please note that children under 18 years of age can only access the swimming pool and the common areas. They do not have access to the sauna, gym, steam room and cardio room.
Please note that men and women are not allowed to use the sauna and steam room at the same time. The spa has separate areas for men and women where you can be undressed. However, a swimming costume must be worn in the mixed zone.

Please note that pets are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 15 per night. Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms.
