  : Helpful friendly staff. Room was warm and comfortable, at least the double bed was.
  : No lift.Corridors desperately needed hoovering if not shampooing.Toilet in the room badly needed bleaching.The single bed was pushed sideways against a wall, head end facing into the luggage storage / wardrobe thing so impossible to sit up in bed, and the bed slats were dropped on one side causing it to slope.General state of disrepair eg loose door handles.Paint peeling around window frame and breeze even when window was shut.Unfortunately seems to be lacking business and therefore much needed investment. Photos made it look so much nicer than an Etap type place, and in some ways it was but in the end felt overcharged.

  : Convenient location and the room was comfortable enough
  : Hair drier didn't work and shower leaked. We were down for breakfast at 9.15 ( breakast ends 9.30. ). There was virtually no food left - we had cereal followed by 3 very small croissant and 1 pancake between us. No attempt made to replenish supplies and absolutely no hot food left! If breakfast ends 15 mins later than you get there then there should be enough choice! Value for money? Zero! No suggestion of any refund!

  : For an overnight stay after getting off the ferry it was ideal. Helpful staff, breakfast good value. Would stay again.

  : The whole place looked tired and neglected, the rooms are dull , the food uninspiring, not an experience I will repeat.
