WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the spa and the indoor pool are available at additional cost, and only to people over the age of 14.

If you plan on arriving outside check-in times, please contact the property in advance in order to arrange key collection.

Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), low-speed WiFi access and 2 bathrobes.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and with a supplement.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Reception opening hours : Every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
