: An interesting building and the proprietor is a very proud Basque man, keen to show off his property. The breakfast was excellent, all local or home made produce and plenty of it.
: The only improvement would be an extra sign to the entrance to the property as it is situated on a bend on a narrow road.

: Location was good, house and gardens were lovely, especially the river and the mill. As the weather was poor we weren't able to take full advantage of the garden. Our host was welcoming and attentive.
: The breakfast was adequate. The coffee was good, otherwise the choice of food was limited.

: Its an incredible old house restored beautifully. The hosts provided a beautiful breakfast each morning.
: With old houses come musty smells. We felt like extras, not guests, to a house with a lot of rules. No eating in your room. No use of the pool - there was always family and friends using it or it was covered. Dont waste electricity. The most difficult was the language barrier. Their English was more accomplished than our French but they insisted on all French and making me guess what they were trying to say.
