A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, guests will be reimbursed in the days following their cancellation.

Payment is only possible by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Please note that for stays of 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Linen and towels can be refreshed during your stay upon request and for an extra charge. End of stay cleaning is included in the price but guests must clean their kitchenette and wash the dishes before departure. If the kitchenette is not left clean, a fee will apply.

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price. Guests can order these services on site for an extra charge. Guests must clean their kitchenette and wash the dishes before departure. If the kitchenette is not left clean, a fee will apply.
