  : Wonderful location overlooking the Rhone. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and hot dishes on request. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine on the enclosed terrace with some nibbles. We unloaded our luggage at the door, and were then directed to private parking, a few minutes drive away and a short walk back along the river.
  : Some confusion about the room. I booked with a balcony, but we were given a room without and was told it was bigger and would be more suitable as we had our dog with us. There's no lift, so hauling luggage up two flights of stairs may not be for everyone.

  : Location it top. Breakfast is good. Staff is kind.
  : If you have a car on you... it might be annoying. They don't have private parking spots so you have to leave your car on the street and deal with paying fees / pay attention to free parking hours to avoid a fine and because the location is very good it is usually crowded. Sometimes you end up parking a bit far from the hotel. It is not a problem when the weather is fine. Walking is good for the health. But if its raining...

  : We were on the top floor with two dogs a real hike . Only one large towel in the bathroom for two people.

  : We loved our stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable without being overdone or fancy. The location, in the middle of Tain L’Hermitage and right on the Rhône river, was great - we had a lovely view of the river and the opposite hills from our room. The breakfast was very nice.
  : The parking was a bit difficult- in an old garage a short distance away that was a little awkward to maneuver. We didn’t use the car much so it wasn’t a big problem.

  : The property was very modern and clean. Our room on the first floor was river facing with great views. The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious. The bathroom was immaculate with a very powerful shower.
  : The weather was very wet during our stay and there were no coat hooks to hang our wet coats on. The wardrobe hanging space was very limited.There was no lift! Normally this isn’t a problem as I’m happy to climb stairs. However I had a broken leg……fortunately our room was only on the first floor.

  : Perfect location and staff very keen to help
  : Walls were very thin! You were very conscious of people on the corridors/ noise from the room next door. The car park was also way too tight if there were more than three cars in there (space for 8 allegedly!)
