: The water was hot ! Large communal area
: We were in the double room ridiculously designed with a dangerous drop at the end of the bed. Toilet seat broken. Towel rail coming off. Unfinished banister with no rail - v dangerous again ! Communal area had kettle, cups etc but no sink !! Paraffin heater available- not clean. Bin very dirty. Breakfast- childs plain yoghurt, stale bread, liquid jam, drinks made with unboiled water. We find it hard to believe that some reviewers said excellent breakfast. Delightful owner trying to look after three young children AND run a B and B and basically it wont work- eg if you wanted a second cup of tea at breakfast the owner had gone on the school run and there was no one else. Property seems unfinished as well
