  : Lovely,clean room..Very comfortable bed and good location..
  : A rather dated hotel and practices. Felt they would have preferred French guests and understanding of English was lost on occasions, especially when paying of bill. This is the only time in my booking.com history, that the final bill was different to the one that I was quoted when booking hotel..My initial bill was supposed to include Vat and city tax and was 135.96 euros..my final bill was144.20 euros..even though I showed them the booking in writing, they conveniently couldn't or didn't want to understand me. The difference is not vast, however there is a principle here and if the hotel did this to every Booking.com customer, the amounts would add up to a great deal of money. If you stayed out after 10.30pm , you were given a key to both the front metal gates and then hotel door and pick up your own key in reception.Both doors had to be opened then locked again. This was not that easy a process to remember and I didn't appreciate having to do it or be responsible for locking up the hotel myself.I therefore actually made sure I returned before 10am. Booking .com need to communicate with both hotel and me, to explain why there was a difference in amount quoted for stay and actual price charged.
