  : We received an upgrade to large room with shared terrace. Nice staff and clean shower and bath. Quite location walking distance from thermal bath
  : THe breakfast could have been better. A larger variety of everything and some warm food would be nice. It would be nice to have kettle in the room.

  : Restaurant was not on site, and the indoor pool 500 meters away, although the pictures make it look they are on site. Very misleading. When we arrived after a long drive,we went to the restaurant, a walk down a hill and across the road. We got there and they wouldnt serve us saying we hadnt booked. Restaurants in the village were closed, so all we had to eat was a packet of crisps which we had with us from the journey. I was told we should have been offered a meal package on arrival but we never received that. Im 70 and recovering from a stroke and cant walk far. My wife is 81 and not that mobile. We felt let down by this hotel and booking.com. We booked for 10 days but only stayed for 4 nights. This has cost me a lot of money which I cant afford.The holiday we looked forward to turned out to be very disappointing. The bar had no staff and you had to go to reception to ask staff to get you a drink. The good things about the hotel, the staff and it was clean. I use booking.com a lot and this is the first time I feel let down. I feel Im owed some recompense.
