  : Cute little value-oriented resort near the village of Gilette, with many amenities and incredibly friendly staff. Stayed here in advance of a cycling trip through the Alpes Maritimes. Good, hearty food, clean and basic rooms, with balconies facing the mountains. They also have an airport shuttle for 30, which I used.

  : The view was spectacular. We arrived late, but the reception staff had left the key for us. The other staff are young and helpful, though not speaking any other language but French. The furniture is old, but has been painted white, which gives it a decent aspect. We had clean linen and towels and we could spend a peaceful night, which is what we wanted. Based on the reviews we read before, we did not try the breakfast.
  : It was awfully hot and we could only open the balcony door for some air. The balcony and the common areas (hallways) looked as if they had not been properly cleaned for a while. We got the key to the room, but not the Internet access details, and the free wifi network was very poor. The shower tiling needs some doing up.

  : The place and how the hotel is situated is very beautiful. Room was very clean.
  : A litten refrigerator should be in the room (at themperatures of 30 degrees + Celsius). No exchange of towels during a 5 nights stay. Garbage has to be brought to the Containers by the guests themselves.

  : Everything about this hotel is ****. The hotel is situated in the mountains, in the middle of nowhere. There are no facilities nearby. Do not be fooled by Google maps, driving from the hotel to the nearest shop will take at least 30 minutes. The hotel itself is very old and not lacks a lot of facilities, there is no airco and if you leave your room open for 1 second it will be full of flies, spiders, musquitos etc. It was very hot when we were there and the room was almost impossible to stay in. The hotel tried to charge us EUR 5,- per day to use a fan. Outrageous. Be smart and stay somewhere else.

  : I loved everything about this place, especially the friendliness of the staff, the smiles, how welcoming they are; the location, the view; the room/apartment was fine,
  : We only used the pool once, though, it should be better kept/cleaned!! Dinner/food could be better. Breakfast was not fantastic, but it was OK. But it worked out for us, for we did plan not to eat at the hotel or spend much time at the hotel but visit the area and the local restaurants and beaches.
