  : We arrived much later than expected so called the hotel to notify them and ask them if that would be a problem. They kindly replied it was not a problem and sent us a text with the way to get in via the night entrance using a code etc. Perfect! Bigger room than expected; really comfortable bed, big lovely shower, everything was perfectly clean and proper breakfast in the morning with a lot of choice. Good location near the lake (we could just about see it from our balcony).

  : The central location. Friendly young man who carried my case upstairs
  : The spiral stairs. What would happen in a fire? We are both elderly and I have mobility problems and asthma. We should have been told about the last flight of stairs above the lift, and we wouldnt have booked. The room was badly designed and inconvenient. A table instead of a great big bath would have been more practical, and no bedside tables meant everything had to go on the floor.

  : This hotel is very easy to locate, is central to the town and the lake. Car parking is readily accessible both to the rear of the hotel and also with plenty of on street parking which is free. Reception were very friendly and our room was of a generous size and the bed most comfortable. It included a balcony with table and chairs through for our 4 days the weather did not permit their use. Breakfast was extra but well worth the 10 with plenty to select from and of good quality too. There is a good size bar and lounge area. The staff were most helpful and always wore a smile. They appeared to enjoy their positions We would certainly look to book again and can recommend this hotel to all.
  : For a 3* hotel of this nature, it would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were happy to provide a jug of milk when requested

  : Good 3 star in a good location. Bfast was worth the money. Staff was very nice all the time, great location, in the heart of the town and close to the lake.
  : My room (num 28) had a terrible smell of mould (we stayed in two rooms, the num 18 was just fine to be fair), the beds are not of great quality. Double rooms are pretty small.
