WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 66 per week.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Résidence Pierre & Vacances Cap Hermès in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reception opening hours during summer: - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 - Closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
From December to May, the reception is closed on Sunday.

A bread and pastry delivery service is available at the residence for an extra charge. Guests can place their order at the reception in the evening and the fresh bread and pastries will be delivered the following morning.

Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
