  : Beautifully designed hotel and grounds with an outstanding restaurant.
  : Loud noise coming from inside the wall of the bedroom, leading to a rather sleepless night. Staff was not very apologetic or accommodating when this was reported the next morning.

  : Air conditioning did not work. We had two singles pushed together with single duvets. Spa was not peaceful at all due to children jumping and splashing in pool, even past 6pm. Limited options for dinner unless you book in advance (hotel and locally)

  : Beautiful family run hotel and spa, great location for one night stop (literally just off motorway). Secure private underground parking. Very friendly staff. Lovely spa area, albeit a bit busy. The real highlight was the exceptional dinner in the restaurant. Superb food.

  : Not much. The underground car parking was convenient.Its more like a 70s motel feel than a hotel. Very functional. Food is hugely over priced. Staff come across more patronising than sincere.
  : Very over priced!! Has the feeling that they want to fleece you for what they can rather than provide a good sincere service. Very mixed response from the staff, some polite and helpful, others, you feel you wish you hadnt bothered asking. Probable more focused on the corporate client than holiday guest. I dont enjoy writing uncomplimentary reviews, but when you feel happy to leave, its not what you want from a stay!Last point and probably most important, the competition for worst feature is close run between the pointless air conditioning useless to the point of a joke calling it AC, and the decrepit lift. Dont even bother using it, take the stairs.

  : Coffee whitener/milk for coffee in the room would have been nice....but it is a minor detail; the coffee itself was of very good quality.

  : Staff were unhelpful and rude. Tried to surcharge us to get a superior room. When notified that the restaurant was booked, for some reason the hostess unprompted, felt the need to tell us we were at fault for not responding to an email sent weeks prior. We were not given freedom to use the pool at our leisure on check out day. Overall poor front desk.
