  : Only the location. That's it.
  : This is not our first time visiting this hotel, we've been visiting this hotel for years. Anyhow, we expected that after the pandemic the hotel would be better than before but unfortunately, it was worse, and here's why:1. The receptionist (both of the ladies) did not cooperate with us as a family and we were not treated the same as the other nationalities (there was discrimination). Plus, they were rude for no reason and acted like we were not paying like other customers.2. When we arrived, the receptionist didn't allow my family to check in until it was 3:00 PM and we agreed as it's their rules, but before we check-out the receptionist gave a card to a new customer, and the new customer entered the room while my daughter was sleeping!!! (it was 10:00 AM which means before the check-out!) why the new customer didn't wait until 3:00 PM to check in like us when my family arrived and waited in the reception? doesn't make any sense at all.3. The hotel is grossly not clean. Before the pandemic, the cleaning team came 2 times a week. Now only once a week, and above the old facilities, they changed the towels with old and dirty ones!! instead of new and clean ones. The kitchen is gross, they do not clean anything in it, as well as the floor, and the bathroom, pulse they do not change the sheets. Everything related to the cleaning is below 0 in this hotel.4. After we addressed these issues with the receptionist she took my card information to compensate for all these horrible experiences we faced (she was laughing when we told her about it) but they didn't refund anything to us!! she was lyingAnyhow, above all this list I'm going to mention that they lost a loyal customer that stays every summer (+4 years) with a large family (which means more rooms) for a long stay.

  : Heating didnt work and it was November After request they offered a radiator but that gave bad smell. We stayed a week. They claimed to speak with their boss to initiate but didnt do anything in one week. Gave impression they safe money on it. Place is driven minimalistic. It is low im costs but you need to be open for the compromise coming with it.
