  : They had forgotten to put the towels for six of us. We had to leave in the morning and couldnt have a decent shower after a long trip by car

  : Hotel was ok, staff was very helpful, but a schoolbus full of very noisy children disturbing the guests. Nobody from management took action. Disturbing was in sense, running in the gangways, screaming, banging doors. For the children this,was maybe normal home behaviour, but their leader should have stepped in and should have told them, you are not at home.
