A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that guests under the age of 18 are not allowed without an adult family member.

Please note that guests have access to the swimming pool in Hotel Le Trophée, right across the street from the residence.

The check-in and keys handover will take place at le Trophée Hotel.

Guests will receive a key card upon check-in. This will be required in order to enter the hotel's building.

Please note that only dogs under 10 kg are accepted (extra fees)

Guests willing to use a baby cot are kindly asked to bring their own baby mattress.
