  : The apartment was booked for 6 adults 7 months in advance. 2 months prior to arriving we received confirmation from Mammoth Lodge that an apartment had been reserved for 4 adults and 2 children. We contacted the resort and they confirmed that the apartment was suitable for six adults and the email was a mistake. Upon arrivals we discovered one room was deceived as a cabin and was in fact a very small cupboard type room with two small bunk beds and no windows. No other rooms were available and the Representative agreed that the apartment was not suitable for six adults, but was designed for four adults and two children. This was very disappointing.

  : Very nice design of the rooms as well as of the beautiful balcony, kitchen fully equiped up to the smallest tool and utensil you might think of, very clean, waching machine is a big plus.
  : Very poor management (Manager) of the property. Bear in mind that on the day of arrival you will not enter the apartment before 5 p.m. and on the day of departure you have to leave by 10 a.m. (otherwise a 100EUR is charged per/h). We were accommodated in an apartment where heating was not working in kid's room, so after many complaints we got portable heaters, the floors were still cold all the time, not fixable (but they think it is ok to put guests in non-heated room in the mountains) and Manager's attitude on the issue was for the level of a 2* highway motel accommodation, not the one paid in Courchevel, absolutely unacceptable behavior and managerial "skills", very disappointing and shameful for such a property. Deposit is too high, release of it takes too long. Ski room door lock was broken for all the 7 days of our stay, anyone from the street could enter. Main door lock of the residence also broken, no key needed, everyone welcome... In general, very poor service, far from a promoted level, pity.

  : Location was amazing, short 2min walk to the lifts, shopping, bars and restaurants. Appartment was modern, clean and fitted with nice furniture. Other than my small complaint this place was amazing.
  : The property was only cleaned once mid week by staff, it was up to us to keep it clean the rest of the trip. I expected some sort of service daily. Also the amenities included once you arrive are the only ones you get for the entire week (in our case). Meaning the small 50ml shampoo and shower gel, toilet roll per bathroom etc is either meant to last you or you must go buy your own. I just thought after paying the amount of money we did, I could rely on having toilet paper stocked.
