  : The young woman who met us was very nice. Our keys were in a lock box. Unit was well equipped.
  : We were in unit ZERO! Unit hard to locate. Who makes a unit like that unless they are putting an additional unit in the basement. There was no window, no opportunity for a better room and we had booked in February. Very disappointed. Did not know we needed to ask about the window. Young woman said owner might discount the room price. Have not seen an adjustment.

  : Conques is a lovely town with a lot of character and history. Unfortunately the terrain and the stairs are difficult to manage.
  : I was angry that the Ground Floor apartment I had originally selected, booked, paid for, and confirmed through Booking.com was allocated to another guest, and I was consigned to the roof section, which required climbing stairs with a heavy suitcase and an injured knee. Furthermore, the room had restricted access due to the sloping roof line and low beams that required care. My protests to the owner were ignored and even Booking.com did not get a response when they represented my case. Be warned. From my experience, this owner will take your money and offer no support if you have a problem. Getting close to the property by car to drop off luggage also requires extreme care in a narrow dead end lane and carrying heavy luggage from the car park up many,many stairs is a strain. I would never go back to this property.
