  : The location is very nice, and the private parking is a really good thing to have. The apartment is big, silent and nice.
  : We didn't get the instructions how to enter the apartment. We had to call the agency that handles the apartment and only then we received the instructions. The flat didn't have any soap, washing detergent, toilet paper, shampoo. We had to buy everything in a local shop. It wasn't very clean either, there were used napkins behind the sofa and quite some dust. The dishwasher is not working, it should be removed from the amenities list.

  : The appartmenf was dirty, a lot of dirt and dust on the floor.walking around in white socks and they became black. I tried contacting the owner via the phone number listed in the rezervation but it seems it was not the right number.the person who amswered provided another number but that number did not work. I messaged the owner via booking.com but never received a reply.some of the appliances dis not work at all.

  : I cannot comment on the accommodation since we didn't get to see it. The host cancelled on us in the last moment. At first, we had some problems with credit cards, so the host asked us to pay directly to him by bank transfer. We were naive and did as the asked. Soon after, he confirmed payment and then cancelled the reservation. He didn't cancel on booking.com, but directly to me. We were forced to look for a place to stay elsewhere that evening with 2 small children in the car. He said we will get the refund, but that never happened. Also, he never answered our messages. This is highly unfair, unacceptable, and in fact criminal behavior. I strongly advise you book elsewhere.

  : The apartment is big and comfortable, nicely set up. A nice treat was that a portable air conditioner was installed, since weather was very hot.
  : When we arrived we had to wait for obtaining the keys of the apartment, but otherwise everything was OK.

  : Cosy home Colmar is really cosy and comfortable place and it has 3 rooms that feels good
  : We had a really bad experience when we arrived to place. Our key mixed with other room guests because of owner of home and we had to wait about 2 hours. Home is really nice but that experience disappointed us :(

  : It is modern home with good amenities.
  : The way they asked for deposit and very unprofessional way in which keys and codes were shared. We were travelling with a baby and we had to wait for nearly 2 hours before we could find a way to connect after multiple calls to a number that was of the adjacent hotel.

  : The apartment was spacious and clean and in a wonderful location. Check-in was easy.
  : 1. The gate to the promised parking would not open so we had to use nearby public parking instead of the private parking we thought we booked. It ended up being fine but it was not as advertised. 2. The wifi only worked on the first day. After that, we were unable to find the network or to connect. We were not in the apartment long enough each day to contact hosts and troubleshoot. 3. The nespresso machine in the pictures did not work because it so badly needed to be decalcified. As a result, we were unable to make coffee our first morning and had to rely on an American style drip coffee maker the remainder of our visit. This was very disappointing.
