  : Bedroom was good
  : On check in I ask to have table reservation but they said they were fully booked, do I went out to eat and the two seat tables hadnt been sat in and I was only gone 45 mins I sat at the bar having a drink for a further 1 hr but nobody appeared to fit down at the two seater tables , on check out I was charge 24 uros for a breakfast that didnt arrive as room service as I booked the evening before . And I sat downstairs that morning to have breakfast,

  : When we arrived on Sunday afternoon 26th May was an amazing guy who seemed to be virtually alone and he was really helpful, he opened the pool, tried to make up for the lack of restaurant and really couldn't do enough. I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was exceptional.
  : It was a surprise that the only food termed room service was microwaved ready dishes. No alcohol to be served. On the website it states that there is no restaurant on a sunday but as I booked through booking.com I didn't receive any message from the property notifying me of this and it is in a quiet location where there are no other restaurants at all. If you don't have a car there is nothing. If we had known we would definitely have altered our plans. Secondly and more importantly the location was chosen as it is quiet and we were running training for a company. There were 16 of us all together. On the Monday night another group was also there and live entertainment and a disco was organised which went on until 01.30 am. Despite a strict charter in the hotel which states quite clearly noise should not disturb other guests, we were told this was a bigger group than ours and so they had preference...... First we were told the party would stop at 11.00 then 12.00 and so it went on. When I complained about the fact that most of our group could not sleep until 02.00 am the only response I got was "Sorry but the other company was bigger and organised the party and when we asked them to stop they wouldn't"
